When before you have named yourself individually as the owner of the deed, now that you have created a new trust, this will be executed as a new deed that makes a home transfer making you , yourself as the trustee of the trust. Make sure that the new deed is recorded at the recorder’s office of the state or the county wherein the house of yours is located.

There is also known as the successor trustee that will take care of the home property once you become incapacitated or when you are no longer there.
